Scout Registration
This form will allow scouts to put their information into our data base to secure a solid network for our players.

Tryout Registration
This form allows a player to tryout for one of our teams. Typically we host two main tryouts: August and May: They would be listed here: If you missed these events and YOU WANT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ONE OF OUR TEAMS; Complete the following form below. If we have an open roster spot WE CAN SET UP AN INDIVIDUAL WORKOUT/INTERVIEW during one of our weekly practices or players skills training sessions and/or TAKE A PRO, COLLEGE OR ANY CLASH COACH'S RECOMMENDATION TO BE ACCCEPTED INTO OUR PROGRAM.

Player Registration
This form allows a player to register and provide contact and profile information for the website. You are not guaranteed a roster spot until your annual access/uniform fee is received. You may mail a check or use the misc. ccard option under this same tab to pay your fees. A c.card will stay on file (it will not be charged unless you quit our organization with monies still due) unless you would rather send in a refundable quit fee deposit check of $250.

Misc. Credit Card Payments!
You must complete the brief profile form before your credit card will be charged. 5% is added to each c.card transaction.
