CYFDTA Coaches / Volunteer Application
This form must be completed by anybody who will be in regular contact with the minor children participants. This includes (but is not limited to): Football and Drill Team coaches, Team managers, Board members.

This is an easy way to sign up to help out. We need Monitor, Observer, Announcer and Spotter at all team levels. Please pick a week (or two) and help out.
