2012 CYFL RESPONSIBLE PARENT PLEDGE
Parents play an extremely important role in shaping their child's youth sports experience. CYFL wants parents to be excited about their child's participation and involved with their team but it is easy for us as adults to get carried away sometimes! The Parent Conduct Pledge is our way of reminding all of us as adults that CYFL youth football, is solely about the kids in our program and their enjoyment. It should never be about us as coaches, parents or spectators. Competition should be fun and is an important aspect of learning the game of football, provided we all keep winning and losing in the proper perspective.
We encourage all parents to visit the Liberty Mutual Responsible Sports website (see the Links tab on our home page menu) for more information on becoming a better sports parent for your child.
Please complete this form online or on a paper form available from your child's Coach) by no later than August 31st. Thanks for your continuing commitment to youth sports and to CYFL Youth Football as we look forward to our best season ever!
