Blue Coat Registration Sheet for Tryouts/Positions for 2010
Please read this form in its entirety before completing.
This form is to be completed for a tryout or a position with the Delaware Blue Coats. You must fill in all the blanks. Once completed, hit the submit button once. If the form returns to your PC blank, then the form was accepted. Your request will be automatically forwarded to the BC Administration. You will be notified of the tryout date. During the tryout process, if you make the team, you will receive a call.

Note for 18U Players: If your date of birth is prior to May 1, 1989 you are not eligible for this team.
Note for 16U Players: If your date of birth is prior to May 1, 1991 you are not eligible for this team.
There is no cost for a tryout.
