L.L.B. Player Expectations
-Be young men/women of character
the attributes or features that make up and distinguish an individual.
You represent yourselves, your families, L.L.B., and your respective schools. Please take that seriously.
It's okay to play with passion. It's not okay to lose your head.
-Respect and Courtesy.
I will address each of you with respect, and courtesy. Please do so with each other, officials, adults, coaches, and our opponents.
I am committed to being prepared for every practice and game. I expect the same from you.
Every school and team has different schemes and goals. Fundamentals will never change or go out of style.
We will learn each other as people, and as players, and must be able to communicate and critique each other for success. Don't take constructive criticism personally.
Attitude is the key to success in everything you will ever do. When we are together, leave everything else at the door, and come ready to play. If you expect to succeed, you will. If you expect to fail, you will.
I promise to give each and every one of you the best I have every time we are together. Please give each other, and our program the same. You won't be at your best every day, but every day, give the best that you have.
We are here to have fun, and better ourselves, as players, coaches and people playing the game we love. Enjoy this opportunity and experience.
-Stretching and warm-ups
Each practice will consist of several structured fundamental drills
-Offensive and Defensive team practice -Scrimmages / Team play
-Housekeeping Announcements, program communications, news and concerns
