2010 Team Residence Info
ALL TEAMS MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM BY THE MARCH MANAGERS MEETING. Use this form to submit your team roster and residence information for the city of Mason. To complete the form you will need contact information for each of the players on your roster including name, phone number, complete address and bith date.
