    The competitors card is used for those athletes pursuing the overall NAFMA national point circuit.
  		• 2009/ 2010 Point Competitor Online Report
    This form is used for competitors to report their points from NAFMA Tournaments. Only the tournament listed will be able to report their points.
  		• Junior National Championships- Valley Forge Registration
    This form is used to register for the Junior National Championships held inthe Valley Forge Convention Center.
