Baseball Ejection Report
This form can be used for reporting to Section XI or for Recreational Baseball when:
a) Coach or player are restricted to dugout or you have an unusual situation at your game. (Submit form, no call needed to Section)
b) Coach or player are ejected from game. CALL Section by 9:30am. PRINT this report before clicking Submit button and mail or fax (366.4334) report to Section Office. Keep a copy of report for your records.
ALL Hard copy EJECTION Reports go to Jack Sexton during the school season.
For Recreational (Fall/Spring/Summer), just click submit.
When writing reports do not:
-Recommend a course of action
-Use threatening terms
-Bring up heresay or past experiences unless they are directly related to incident
-Speculate, they usually cannot be proven
