T318 - Logan Stafford Eagle Scout Project - April 27th and 28th, 2024 My name is Logan and I am working on my Eagle Project for Scouts and wanted to share the wish list that I created. The reason I chose RMHC is because my family has needed to use the rooms they have to offer on multiple occasions. These rooms are for families that have children in the hospital and don’t live close, often these stays are unexpected and can be anywhere from days to months. I am collecting the following toiletry items and must be brand new, all travel size (toothbrush individually wrapped, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap, body wash)to make kits for the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC)which houses over 180 families each night. I added things to this wish list but you can also choose other toiletry items and have them shipped. I will post at a later date when I will be having an in person collection. My goal is to make a minimum of 250 kits to help these families have one less thing to worry about. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
T318 - Anthony Vitellaro Eagle Scout Project Fundraiser - April 28, 2024 Dear Troop 318, Hey all. I finally started working on my Eagle Project. My first phase is fundraising. On April 28th from 1-4 PM, I will be hosting a luncheon at Gato’s Italian Restaurant, which is on 183rd St and S 80th Ave. Tickets are $35 per person, which will get you a buffet style meal. They will be sold at the door. There is not a limited amount, as we have a good chunk of the restaurant and will be for 3 hours, so don’t try to all go at the same time. I will also need 2-3 scouts to help run the luncheon with me. The proceeds will go to my project of installing additional flagpoles for a veteran’s memorial at my church. If you can’t make it, I will also be collecting donations. Thanks for all the help!
Crew 318 - 2025 Philmont Crew Application Crew 318 will be sending two Crews to Philmont in 2025. The Trek will be 7/18/2025 - 8/1/2025. Not a member? Join today - it's free! (must be 14-21). This form is to apply to be a member of the 2025 Philmont High Adventure crew. We will have two 12 person Crews, including 3-4 adults per crew. Availability is first come first served. Crew 318 is open to all Scouts in Troop 318 who are 14 and above. Fill out sign up form one per Family.
T318 - Muskegon State Park Campout - June 7-9 - Registration Deadline May 3, 2024 This form is to register for the June Camp Out at Muskegon State Park in Muskegon, MI, which is June 7-9, 2024. Deadline for signup is Sunday, May 3, 2024. Fill out sign up form one per Family.
T318 - 2024 Ransburg Registration - Crossover Scouts This form is to register for 2024 Ransburg Summer Camp which is from Sunday, June 30 to Saturday, July 6. This Registration is for new (crossover) scouts only. Summer camp is located in Bloomington, IN and gives the scouts the opportunity to earn merit badges and to advance in rank. A week at summer camp is one of the best investments you can make in the development of the scouts. Early Bird Rate is $500 for Scouts if paid in full by 4/12/2024. Regular Rate is $535 if paid in full between 4/12 and 5/10/2024. $235 for Adults due by 5/10/2024 There is a $50 deposit for Crossover Scouts. Fill out sign up form one per Family.

T318 - 2024 Ransburg Activity Schedules and Signup - Due 3/7/24 Review the Merit Badge Schedule and turn in your Merit Badge class selections to Mr. Sandoval before March 7, 2024. This applies only to scouts that have been to Ransburg before. Scouts that have not been to Ransburg before will have a predetermined schedule.

T318 - Service Hours Opportunity - Birthday Collection for My Joyful Heart If you’re looking for service hours opportunities, we have an upcoming initiative to support My Joyful Heart by collecting items to make children’s birthdays extra special. Each scout participating in these service hours will need to contribute the following collection. - Little Debbie/Hostess 8-12 treat packs - Powered drink mix to added to water (Gatorade, crystal light, mio, etc.) - $5 gift card for food, coffee, or free coupons for ice cream -Small treat to include with their birthday cake (lotion, hairbrush, deck of cards, fidget toy, nail polish, small art kit, toy cars, etc.) -Package all items in a paper gift bag. Please bring the above items, package in a paper gift bag to our Troop meetings. This service opportunity will end on May 30th. Ms. McDonnell will sign off two hours of service hours for each Scout who contributes to the birthday collection, making a child’s birthday extra special. T318 - Volunteer Opportunity at Cub Scout Day Camp - June 8, 2024 Troop 318, The best Cub Scout Day Camp in the council is back! On June 8th, a one-day Cub Scout Day Camp will be held at Christ Lutheran Church in Orland Park. This is right in our own backyard! Deb Jennings has returned as the Director for this camp and is looking for volunteers. Scouts and Adults are invited to sign up to volunteer here: https://forms.gle/2aLgTibZy6PhkUP48.
