Spring 2024 Player Registration Form This form allows one or more players to register and provide contact and parent/guardian information. All new players, that have never played for Havenwood before, must provide a copy of their Birth Certificate before they can play. This must be turned in before or at the first practice.
Change My Hit-a-thon Pledge Page Goal This form allows players to put in a request to change their goal on their Hit-a-thon Pledge page.
Volunteer Sign-up Form This form is used to sign-up for volunteer time slots.
Interested in Umpiring Provide contact info for those interested in umpiring.
Board Member Application/Request For Info Request to become a member of the Havenwood Board of Directors or get additional information about becoming a member of the board.
Manager/Coach Application Apply to manage or coach a team.
Scholarship Application Use this form to complete an application for our Havenwood Girls Softball Scholarship Program.
WAIT LIST This is NOT a registration form. This form allows players to be added to a Wait List when an age group is full. Wait Listing means you will get added to a list and will be contacted, if a spot opens up. or We will help you find a team in the league with spots open.
