2023 CYO Boys Rising Stars Diocesan Tournament - Registration Form
THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR MUST RECEIVE YOUR COMPLETED ONLINE APPLICATION NO LATER THAN MARCH 17, 2023.

YOUR $125.00 ENTRANCE FEE and ROSTER MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN MARCH 20, 2023. TEAMS ADVANCING TO FINAL 8 WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF ENTRANCE FEES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED.

MATCH-UPS WILL BE BY RANDOM SELECTION.

EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO ENSURE EACH TEAM PLAYS AT LEAST TWO (2) GAMES.

Follow these steps:

1) Type information into form and submit. Form will be automatically forwarded to CYO Director. Also, send email to rhoppy@comcast.net stating "_____ will participate in CYO Boys Rising Stars Tournament".

2) Email your roster to rhoppy@comcast.net. Participants are limited to players who were rostered for the 2022/2023 Season, eligible for tournament play and are eligible to play next season.

3) Please process payment of your Registration Fee through the Diocesan Financial "NAV" System directing payment be credited to:

and send email confirmation to rhoppy@comcast.net
or, if you are unable to process electronically, please contact Bob Hopstetter, CYO Director, at 717-439-4460 to discuss alternate payment.

4) In addition to your Entrance Fee, every team will be required to provide four volunteers. Two (2) volunteers to collect admission fees & other sales, and one (1) volunteer each as back-up Clock Operator & Official Tournament Scorekeeper for a game where their affiliated team is not playing. Volunteers may select a time slot of their choosing at https://ttsu.me/a8n8nw. Please have your volunteers indicate their affiliated team after their name when registering (i.e. STC or SJA or HN, etc.). Any slots remaining unfilled as of Wednesday (3/22) at 5pm may be assigned by the Tournament Director.
