2020 Individual Player Sign Up - Co-Ed League Individuals can sign up to be added to their own genders' league (men or women) list + the Co-Ed League list. Adding yourself to a list does not guarantee you a spot on a team. Team managers will use these forms as a resource, when looking to add players to their team. This is not first come, first serve. You enhance your chances of getting contacted, by not restricting yourself to a single position. List any position(s) you're willing to play. Best of luck! |
