NOTE: If you would like an e-mail receipt of your registration, be sure to fill-in your e-mail address. Step 2: Press the submit button ONCE at the bottom of the form. Step 3: Print/Edit/Delete the form Step 4: You will be taken to another page and asked "Complete the same form for a different team." Click this line if you want to sponsor more teams. Otherwise, click on any tab on the left side of the page to elsewhere in the website. Step 5: Check out and pay on line. One form for each team you are sponsoring. $250 fee for each team you are sponsoring. |
