This form allows one Pre-Approved Coach to register for the current Football/Cheer Season.

You cannot fill out this form if you have not received the approval from the Franchise Directors.

All Approved Franchise Coaches must complete this form.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

All coaches who received a scholarship last year, must pay a $ per athlete participation fee. You can select the $ tab to pay online or pay in person at registration.

DO NOT SELECT TO PAY THIS FEE IF YOU ARE A 1st Year Probationary Coach.
