2023-2024 YYR Baseball Tryout Registration So that we can be properly prepared on evaluation day, please fill out this form if you have a player who is interested in trying out. If you are signing up more than one participant, please fill out a separate form for each player. Please remember to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate (new players only), a completed medical release form (new and returning players) and a check payable to YYR for $20.00 (new players only). All participants will receive a T shirt. |
