| WEEK 7 WRAP UP October 6, 2010 - 09:44 PM
A shift of power is amidst in the HFFL. The Franchise beat the Steelers 19-14 in a tight one. Franchise had a 13-0 lead but blew it in the 2nd half giving the Steelers a 14-13 lead. With under 2 minutes left, Meade Slings a pass to Douglas “Fresh” Nelson who speeds down field to the 1 yard line. Meade then scrambles in with a mean stiff arm to Unc Swin for the game winning score. Franchise at 8-0 can lock the #1 seed in there conference with a win v.s. the Young gunz. And now there should be no question that the Franchise is a top team!!!Warriors beat the Outlawz 38-6 lead by Dawud Hanif who had 3 carries for 162 yards and 2 Tds. Gatorz handle the Ravens 21-12 as Rick Padilla scores 2 tds in the win. In the game of the day Young Gunz beat the Oilers 21-20. Oilers keep the Young Gunz offense off the field but the young gunz defense would decide the game as Todd Hill returned and interception to the house on a costly turnover for the Oilers. Oilers had a chance to tie the game but a dropped extra point by Lorenzo Gilliam cost them in the clutch. Eagles blow out the Red Devils 35-0. Donnie Parker throws for 3TDS in the win. Vikings get by the Assassins 21-6 led by Scott Dolch wit 3 td passes. One has to wonder if the Vikings will last with Dolch's low passing percentages with such a talented receiving core as he goes 9/20 in this game and is completing a dismal 57% of his passes on the season.
