Quick question from new parent to the team...

We have ordered through Cumpy's, but can we have items made through a friend who has a business making fan wear? She's the one who actually makes the cheer tops for our cheerleaders. Not using the trademarked Necco logo or Necco name obviously, but with the "Raiders" name or even the NFL logo? Not sure who to direct that question to.
