| Parents and Siblings, Please do not attempt to feed or provoke KooKoo, He is a very mild mannered Silverback until he is provoked. Once provoked he becomes extremely unstable and veins start popping out of his head and neck. This usually occurs when the "Black-Pack" scores numerous touchdowns in a row or when KooKoo's "Silverbacks" are unsuccessfull on offense. But please do come out and enjoy the show! It is extremely entertaining!!

| Silverbacks are the strong, dominant troop leaders. Each typically leads a troop (group size ranges from 5 to 30) and is in the center of the troop's attention, making all the decisions, mediating conflicts, determining the movements of the group, leading the others to feeding sites and taking responsibility for the safety and well-being of the troop. Blackbacks may serve as backup protection.
If challenged by a younger or even by an outsider male, a silverback will scream, beat his chest, break branches, bare his teeth, then charge forward. Sometimes a younger male in the group can take over leadership from an old male.

| Coach KooKoo has done a great job bringing the "Silverbacks" along this year! He has made it fun and has encouraged alot of competetion during practice that has helped everyone of our players move up those steps. It was kind of frightening to see his brother CoCo come out and play QB last night during practice though! I think that both of them would appreciate some bananas at practice on Thursday!!

| As NSYFL fan states the Silverback has responsibility to his troop. I take that responsibility seriously.
If anyone challenges any of our Silverbacks or Blackbacks, you better believe I will scream, beat my chest, break branches, bare my teeth, then charge forward! Bananas aren't enough! I WANT A SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONSHIP!!! ACTUALLY CHAMPIONSHIPS!!!
I bleed Silver and Black!!!
GO RAIDERS, Play with Class, and remember what #73 stands for. Put your name in the NSYFL record book this weekend. Play every play as if it was your last, because as Coach D says "MIGHT AS WELL".
