| Looks to be another great tourament. It looks like the two power houses will meet again. Yes the Raiders and the Wolverines. If these 2 teams are not in the same bracket they should meet in the championship.
The raiders have good speed but the wolverines have great size should be a good one.
Jets and Chiefs will fight for the bronze metal.
good luck to all should be a great week for football.
I will diffently be there for the Raiders to dominate the Wolverines this year.

| Why are the Wolverines even being allowed to play in the Simone tournament? If they have been banned from the league they shouldn't be allowed to participate in anything that is NSYFL related.

| Who cares either way! The Raiders are an institution the Wolverines are a 15 year flash in the pants. I say let them in the tournament so we dont have to hear all year how great they where and they would have killed the league. I can see it now that will be there response all year. I totally vote for us playing them on the side on a Sunday or our Bi week just to put there egos to rest. They need to move on and start posting on a Blue Valley teams web site!

| The wolverines were not banned from the league. The parents that are part of the wolverines voted note to come back to the league. The wolverines were back in the nysfl.
but that is old news

| Yeah, you radical parents really stuck it to the league by taking your team and playing somewhere else! From what I hear things are so chaotic and your organization is such a mess that your teams may not play in ANY league this season. Please let us know how it all works out for you.

| I'm curious why everyone in this organization is so worried about the Wolverines? Shouldn't the focus be on our team? The Wolverines actually will be playing in a league and with it being their first season with a new league, there should be some level of organization lapse. Let's all worry about ourselves and our own team!

| Have MU & KU stopped hating each other just because they are in different conferences now? If the KC Chiefs switched to a different division do you think their fans would hate the Oakland Raiders or Denver Broncos any less? It's called a rivalry, and this one was one of the best, two teams going head-to-head every year to see which one could claim superiority over the other. The competitiveness, the hatred, the bitterness isn't going to go away overnight. Their organization is still obsessed with the Raiders, too, as you'll notice by various postings on this message board. Rivalries don't just automatically die. Only the passage of time can take care of that.

| you are a 100% right I know after talking to several coaches over at the wolverines they wouldn't mine a scrimmage (especially the 8th grade) both organizations are the best in the northland, and flip a coin on any given day which one is better. Just a shame it will be hard for either to play each other.
