If you were there for the 7/8 game Saturday, then you saw the greatest example of Raider spirit I've ever seen. Coach Duz, who is a class act always, gave Joey, their equipment manager, a chance to kick-off at the beginning of the game. Joey did a great job and then his teammates met him on field to congratulate him.

All Raider's fans and even the Giant's players and fans were cheering in support of him. If that moment doesn't exemplify love, friendship, courage and champion, then I don't know what does. You showed heart bigger than any point spread.

7/8 team and coaches - you continues to set the standard for this organization and that one act of generosity, kindness and true team spirit made me very, very proud. Great job, Joey and keep up the good work!

That moment was unforgettable. To see these big tough football players on both teams show support for Joey was such a fine example to the younger players and to many adults as well. That was a true "proud to be a Raider parent" moment. Thanks!

Just another great life lesson our kids and parents witnessed Sat. at San Rafael. I cannot believe how lucky we are to be a part of such a great organization. Our teams are head and shoulders above everyone else in the league due to the great efforts of Parents, Coaches and athletes. Our cheerleaders are evan head and shoulders above the rest of the league!
