| It's seem pretty clear, not just for competitive reasons, but also taking into account enrollment: North Farmington and Royal Oak should move down to the Blue. In turn, move up Groves and Lathrup. Plus, now you have intra-city rivals housed in the White (Southfield and Birmingham).
Any reason the OAA shouldn't make this change?
