| This is my understanding of how invites are determined.. The Qualifying score is determined by the AVERAGE of the 1st/2nd place teams' scores from each region. If a team does QUALIFY, Pop Warner is informing them that their scores met or exceeded the average scores of the 1st/2nd place teams from the different regions, therefore earning the opportunity to advance. So, it's based on Average winning scores from BOTH days of comp.
