9 teams competing on Sat.
Sun qualifiers has 2, possibly 3 teams, all from Hockomock League.
N. Attleboro placed first
Medway placed second
Not sure if King Phillip got an invite.

Curious to see how many teams will be advancing from Sat qualifier with possibly only 2 teams competing Sun.

I will be honest that all Emass teams looked great but since Dracut is now coming in as an invite, to me they are the ones to watch out for.

Not quite sure why you would think that Dracut is the the one to watch out for, now that they are an invite. They are competing against Revere & Waltham, the same two teams that placed @ EMASS ahead of Dracut.. Everone is determined at this stage of comps.

All of these emass teams are tremendous! Their routines are filled with incredible energy and skills! So fun to watch with! There is not much margin of error here. It will come down to who hits their routine on Saturday. I won't be surprised if they all advance to NE Regionals. In fact I'd be surprised if they don't, they are that good. JMO.

I never count anyone out. My daughter cheered on a team that didn't place at EMASS last year, but ended up coming in 2nd at the Qualifier as a qualifying team. They worked really hard to get there.

I think it's really unfortunate thy practice schedules have been all messed up because usually some of the invited/qualified teams have time to add some difficulty once they know what they are up against, but now they won't. I'll end up having only one practice before qualifiers due to the storm and Halloween. Which stinks lol.

Noone bite my head off this is just what I think. I like all the teams I truely think Dracut had something go wrong that was a mistake in scores and that is why they dident place. PLEASE dont get upset I LOVED all teams just think they had a great level 3 routine and should have placed. We will all find out on Saturday the best of the best will win! Good luck to everyone and have a safe drive to Springfield.

I have the DVD. Watched all of the routines from this level. I have to agree with the judges on this. They got it right. Dracut had a good performance but in the end it was Revere and Waltham's day.

In the Saturday MM3 qualifiers there will be 11 cheer squads competing trying to advance to NE Regional Finals.
On Sunday in MM3, there are only 2 squads competing.
They automatically advance to Finals.
I'm Curious to see how many will advance from the Saturday 11. Alot of good teams.

This is going to be a great division to watch! I actually thought 3 teams were very close, with the edge going to Revere and Waltham. Dracut a close 3rd. They all had team single downs from extensions, excellent tumbling (tucks and multiple bhs), team scales, team baskets, comparable pyramids, and sassy dances. I thought Revere's overall difficulty was higher in stunting, which is why I had them 1st.(Not by much). I'll be very interested to see how all of these teams do at Qualifiers. As for their competitors, there are definitely others, but I have not seen Dartmouth, New Bedford, Youngsville, Winchendon, South County, Leominster & Barrington. Would like to hear what others think of these teams if they have seen them.

I agree. Placing 1st & 2nd at Qualifiers Saturday is going to be extremely difficult. Teams at this stage of competitions have to bring their A-game and have a flawless routine. There are many talented teams competing, where little bobbles & dropped stunts won't make it. But I also believe that there is the possibility that 6 teams could be advancing to Regional Finals from the Saturday competition. They ARE that good!

Who's gonna shine this year?
It's my opinion that the MM3 Saturday, will have the toughest competition. Should be fun to watch! I know it's a new year, but of the 11 teams competing tomorrow, 8 of them were at NE Regional Finals in 2011. So I'm sure many teams have girls returning from last year. I also agree with an earlier post, that because Sunday's qualifier has only 2 teams, that there will be more than a few teams from Saturday's comp advancing to Regionals. Who knows, maybe all of them will score better than Sunday's 2.
Who's gonna shine?
