On October 2, 2011 I will once again be riding my road bike to raise money for the Markham Stouffville Hospital Expansion. And once again, I am calling on my friends, family, colleagues and business associates to pledge their support for me.
Your donation will help the Hospital reach its $50 million expansion goal. Construction crews are on site and work is underway of the new building that will open to serve patients our community in 2013.
Last year I rode 100 kilometers (from Unionville to Lake Simcoe and back) in just under 3 hours and 15 minutes and managed to raise almost $13,000 for the Hospital. This year, my goal is to raise $25,000. I know I can do it with your help. To those of you who were kind enough to support me last year, if you can see your way to matching, increasing or even doubling last year’s pledge, that will go a long way to helping me reach my goal. Regardless, any amount pledged in my support will be greatly appreciated.
This year you can pledge online. Just visit the Angus Harvest Ride web page below (put your cursor over the website address below, press control and then click and you will be transferred to the webpage)
Then click on “Click here to pledge a participant”, which appears on the left hand side of the page. You will then be asked to enter my name (type in “Cosimo Crupi”) or my email address (email@example.com) and then follow the pledging instructions.
If you are not comfortable with pledging online, you can still mail your cheque to me payable to the “MARKHAM STOUFFVILLE HOSPITAL FOUNDATION”.
THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!
