| The PRIMETIME NIGHT LEAGUE

“Night Time Is The Right Time” - Thursday Night League
THE WAFFL is bringing back the good ole days of playing flag football under the lights. Remember the fun and excitement of having your peers watching you make the great catches, knee and ankle breaking moves, or the veteran QBs marching their teams to victory with seconds left in the game. Those were the days. In honor of the pioneers of the game, the league will be named the "The Hill Gang League”.
Cost: $315 per team (Refs fees separate - No Ref fees for Championsip game). The first 12 teams that pay in full will be registered: 6 on Tuesday and 6 on Thursday. This is an open league to all. Awards will be first and second place team trophies, USFTL points and, of course, bragging rights.
Start Date: Thursday, September 29th
End Date: November 11th
Awards: Regular season first and second place plaques. End of season 1st place 1/2 bid and plaque, 2nd place plaque.
USFTL Sanctioned/Points
Game Times: 6:30 p.m. 7:30 p.m., and 8:30 p.m. on each night.
Rules:
1. USFTL with no kick-offs. Start at 35. Exception for the last two minute rule for losing team to cross 20 yd.
2. Extra point rules apply for one or two point conversion.
3. If an official ejects a player and/or team for fighting, a one game suspension is applied to the player and/or team (forfeit next game if team is suspended).
4. Unsportsmanlike conduct ejections will be four plays or when the calling official decides when the player can return.
5. 10 minute lag time for first game only, with a running clock and play will start on your arrival with the remaining time on clock.
6. Teams can start and play with 6 players. If a team is leading by 17 points or more with 2 minutes remaining, the game will be stopped.
7. You can only play with one team in the league. (participation in one play with a team disqualifies eligibility to play with another team)
8. Play-off bracket will be 1st and 2nd place teams in the Tuesday/Thursday night divisions (four teams only) 1 Tues vs. 2 Thurs & 1 Thurs vs. 2 Tues. Two 20 minute running halves with two time-outs per halve. Clock stops on dead ball in last two minutes.
9. Final roster is due second game.
10.Only team players and coaches are allowed on sidelines. No team followers or spectators are allowed on the sidelines. (Teams will be penalized)
11. No overtime, until playoffs.
Location: Fletcher (absolutely no alcohol or drugs)

So far, the following teams plan to participate:

Don't get shut out! The first teams to register will get the first shot at playing. For example, if there are only enough teams for one division, then the first six (6) teams that register will devise the league. It will take another six (6) teams to have a second division.

| The playoff situation with only 4 teams is gonna have teams not showin up or caring at the end of the season creating forfiets and terrible competition once teams know they cant make the playoffs . If everybody can't make the playoffs at least increase the number to 6 with #1 gettin a bye first round or 8 for great competition thru out the whole season , JUST A THOUGHT MILLS AND THE WAFFLE BOARD ... THINK ABOUT IT ...
