Trojans win wild game in extra's
Not a great game by both teams as there were a bunch of physical and mental errors. However, the Trojans showed a lot of heart battling back on numerous occasions to upset the WJ Wildcats. Down 4 runs in the 7th, Gaithersburg rallied to score 5 runs to take the lead off a clutch bases clearing double by sophomore Justin McDermott. The Wild Cats tied the game back up in the bottom of the 7th, but the following inning the Trojans plated 3 runs and held the Wild Cats in the bottom half to steal a victor. Ryan Kelly, Tyler Arnold, Zach Vargas, and Tyler Woodward both had 2 hits. Freshman Noah Tabaie and Doug Marose came in and pitched great.
