Plagued By Injuries; Mammoths Edge out the Mariners.

Two players injured on the same play summed up the lineup challenges the Mammoths have been dealt in this young season. The utility player mentality is how this team was built, and the ability for Manager Chris McGill to juggle the defensive schema, coupled with consistent output at the plate helped the Mammoths go 4-0.

Both teams traded runs for the first four innings in a back and forth battle that showed why the Mariners went undefeated in 2016, and displayed the determination the Mammoths had in eclipsing their win total from each of the past three seasons as the former Rangers.
