Davis Drives In Seven As Terriers Defeats Pittsburgh Pandas!

Dalton Davis drove in seven on two hits to lead Terriers past Pittsburgh Pandas 13-7 on Sunday. Davis drove in runs on a grand slam in the third and a home run in the fourth.

Terriers collected seven hits and Pittsburgh Pandas had eight in the high-scoring affair.

Pittsburgh Pandas took an early lead in the first inning. Mason Prickett drove in two when he singled in the first inning.

Terriers took the lead for good with five runs in the third inning. In the third Brian Dabney walked Jared Houser to drive in a run and Dalton Davis hit a grand slam off of Dabney, driving in four runs.

Terriers scored six runs in the fourth inning. Terriers's big inning was driven by a double by Evan Maley, a single by Shawn Baker, and a home run by Davis.

Pittsburgh Pandas scored three runs in the fifth inning. Pittsburgh Pandas's big inning was driven by a home run by David Boehme, a walk by Demetrius Haskins, and a wild pitch.

Michael Seminatore earned the win for Terriers. He tossed four innings, giving up five runs, six hits, and striking out five. Two relievers helped Terriers close out the victory. Andy Fletcher threw two innings. Dabney took the loss for Pittsburgh Pandas. He went three and two-thirds innings, allowing 12 runs, six hits, and striking out three.

Home runs for Terriers came when Jake Miller homered in the second inning and Davis homered in the third and fourth innings.

Terriers didn't commit a single error in the field. Dominic Cistone had six chances in the field, the most on the team.

Prickett and Boehme each collected multiple hits for Pittsburgh Pandas.
