Commack Opens GU/17 Season, East Meadow U/18 First Team

The opening round of the 2007 East Meadow Covanta Cup saw the Commack Blasters play East Meadow's "other" powerhouse team, the Dynamite. Playing to a nil first half draw, a goal from the Dynamite early in the second half was matched in the closing minute as the Blasters pushd everyone up for the equalizer for a 2-0 final score.
