Notice of AGM
Thursday 26th June @7.00pm
All Saints School
Committee Members and Office Bearers to be elected:
Chairperson
Treasurer
Club Manager
Club Secretary
Child Protection Officer/Vetting Officer
Discipline Officer
These are all nominated positions; therefore nominations should be emailed to Stuart Gibb [Stuart.Gibb@kier.co.uk] before the AGM and seconded if possible.
Also required for each team is a coordinator/contact, Head Coach and Assistant Coach. Teams are Sen. Men Nat. League, Strathclyde Sen. Men Div1, Div2 & Div3?
Junior & Cadet Men and Ladies.
These posts are voluntary but if not filled could result in the team not running.
Any volunteers again please email Stuart Gibb [Stuart.Gibb@kier.co.uk] to express an interest.
Also required is coaches to cover Saturday sessions @ Springburn and Scotstoun.
Items on the agenda so far:
Fees – Proposed Increase and new method of payment
Club Coach Structure – Assistant Coach of one team doubling up as Head Coach of another team
Training & Game nights
