Varsity! YAY! I saw the video of the 9/7 halftime on the homepage. Excellent job! That routine was ADORABLE. Whoever choreographed those cute moves gets an extra high five from me. Keep up the good work ladies! I miss you all like crazy!

WOW!!! YOu all did so awesome at camp! BOth JV and Varsity looked so good! The stunting the teams accomplished was awesome to see!
Varsity-keep working on Preps, extentions, cradles, 360 ups, libs, lib variations and tosses. Repetition is the key! Keep working on the pyramids as well! I can not get over how hard you all pushed YOURSELVES at camp! You all steped up a level in your motions and jumps as well! I had so much fun watching you improve so much in 4 days! You are going to have an amazing year!
I made a mistake, I will not be at th practice on the 16th-I am hosting and running a Special Needs Cheer camp all day. I will see you on the 30th. Perhaps Varsity could stay until 11 am to work on some stunts for teh Encinal game-which I AM attending!

Hey everyone!! I have a few things I would like to say..
1. VARSITY- we've worked so hard these last 3 years to make AHS cheerleading the best squad in the ACCAL and quite possibly the world so...work hard to keep it that way! You guys are all amazing, I'm gonna miss everything about cheerleading when I'm off at college next year...even 8 am Saturday practices and hovering haha. I will definitely be checking up on all of you at games when I come home...so be good girls!
2. Everyone else- good luck with everything! cheerleading at AHS has been a life-changing experience for me as I hope it will be for all of you!
I love you all!!!!!!!!!!!!
p.s- if any of you juniors want to visit UCLA, let me know and you can stay with me!!! I would actually love it if you did!!!

Shari told me about the awards dinner. I can not attend but am honored that you would want me there. I hope that we can plan a dinner out on another night-I coach two teams that night! It's been forever and a day since I have seen you! I hope you are getting excited for next season! I hope that I am lucky enough to have the chance to work with you all again!!!

Ladies-it was great to see you all this past Saturday! I can not believe how far you all have come in such a short time...yes just 3 months! Rewinds are very fun but remember...eyes on the toy (Jess), we can't have our toys breaking! Hopefully we can work on some partner stunting later this month or next!
JV-Amazing with your libs! You are working so hard-it's great. Hope you are pleased with yourselves. Can't wait to see those libs tunr into stretches!
