Congratulations to the Clippers players, coaching staff and management on bringing home more hardware this season than any other team in chester's history at any level. On a different note i do not understand how head coach Eddie Young could not be coach of the year,i mean he coached a team that went undefeated in regular season, lost 1 playoff game and tied 1 round robin game at Atlantic championships.

Thanks for the question. The Chester rink is closing on March 26th as the Haven TV crew is moving into the complex on March 28th for the summer. Therefore, we had to move our games to Bedford as it was the closest arena with available ice times.
just curious

Do you guys think there is gonna be any games this year that aren't a blowout your closest game in preseason and regular season so far has been 8-1, gonna be a pretty boring season for you guys.maybe thats why your attendance is only 83 ppl a game.

thanks for replying to my question, but on another note i think that unfinished business in JR C should not compare to the opportunity for players like norris, to play JR A hockey just my thought. But once again you guys have unfinished business so all the best.

Yes, Justin Norris will be playing with us this season. He will also be affiliating with the Bay Jr. B Ducks again this year. Norris is one of our older veterans and leaders of the team and he decided to return to help lead the Clippers to an Atlantic Championship title. He's back because we have unfinished business. Hope to see you guys out watching us all season and playoffs long. Thanks.

Thanks for the post. Our tryouts are going pretty well so far. Our main core of players including Norris, Corey Young, Dilosa, Bourgeois, etc. are all returning. We are hoping to have a solid group of local kids on the team, however we would have liked to see more local kids come tryout. This will be a great year for the Clippers and I hope to see everyone at the rink this winter supporting our journey towards the championship. Feel free to keep asking questions, as that is what the guestbook is meant for. Thanks and see you soon.

I want to congradulate the clippers on a stellar weekend. It is great to watch such a talented team preform on the ice. I watched the first two games, missed the one on Sunday, I would have liked to have seen it though. To watch the Dogs have the asses handed to them at their own rink. I do wish your community felt the way I do about their hockey team. At most of the games I might see about 50 or so fans. Your organization should think about moving to another area, maybe Bridgewater or the city. Chester from what I can see just wants you to fill their ice slot and not support you. Keep up the good work. Play as a team, win as a team and I will see you at Provincals.

Wow a good game last night. How come there were no fans, it is difficult to believe that the community of Chester is not supporting what is probably the best junior hockey it has ever seen. People realize what you have and come and support it or else you may not have it for long.

Everyone is saying buddy sucker punched norris but he was just sticking up for his player..Norris went after one of barringtons players and the guy stept in. from what i saw Norris held his own so ill give him that not only can he score he can hold his own fighting a 6 foot something guy who fights on a regular basis. Good job Norris. But put the puck in the net and stay away from the fighting its not your game. good luck rest of the way like to see you break some records in this league, go clippers go

i heard on the way out i assume barrington fans that they didnt like the fact that that big guy you have on your team took libertys at one of their smaller players i have to agree with none that it was a cheap shot on norris and from what i could see there was quite a difference in height and weight so what have you got to complain about.good luck next game

Was at the game in chester Saturday night, and ill have to say it was a very interesting game for sure...even with alot of scratches due to injuries, the clippers are hanging in there and giving their all..We just gotta remember that we need to pass up the sides more as it seems that the Ice Dogs got us figured out when we go up the middle even when we do outskill them....And when it comes to that sucker punch on Norris at the end of the game, that was dirty of Barrington and I hope not to see that again...Norris is a very skilled player and no one will ever take that away from him....Way to go Norris and the rest of the gang, all the best against the River Rats.
