Gentlemen - I just wanted to drop you a line, and tell you what an amazing job your organization did in hosting the American Legion County Playoffs this past week. We played playoff games at Wheat Field Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, and each night was a pleasant experience for the players and parents. The field was in really good shape, Pat Riley did a nice job as the site director, with the announcing and music. The concession stand was a great treat, with friendly service. You run a first class organization. On another note, your American Legion manager Rob Perkey should be commended. He is a class act, and one of the best young baseball minds in the area. He works well with the players, and has a wealth of baseball knowledge. He is a keeper. Thank you - Tony Fisher, Bethel Park American Legion Manager

Hello I just want to Congratulate the 15U FastPitch Players on Team Verizon and a awesome season. This team went to Semi Finals of the Tier One playoff bracket before losing a hard fought game in the last Inning. They went further then any other recent 15U team at CIT in the tier one playoffs. This team was made up of a special group of girls who were very talented and for the most part demonstrated sportsmanship in a very positive manner. This was repeated back to me on a few occasions from opposing teams/fans on how respectful our players were in Triumph or defeat. That is what I am most proud of. CIT should proud of these players who shined a positive light on the organization. I can honestly say these girls for the mnost part are winners on and off the field which says alot. I also would like to thank Coach Megan, Bill, Rich and scorekeeper Kate along with the younger callups we had during the season Hannah,Frankie, and especially little Mary who was a sparkplug down the stretch for us during our playoff run. Without them we could not accomplished what we did. Special thanks goes out to the parents and Fans of this team who supported us through our slow start to through our playoff run. Also thanks goes out to Verizon for sponsoring this winning team. Without a doubt this was the best group of girls that I have ever coached at CIT and I am very proud of them. Way to go team!!!!

This New website is really awesome and if maintained can be a really neat tool to keep us all,in the community up to date on whats going on at CIT. Things really seem to be shaping up again to be another exciting Softball season with all of the signups that have taken place so far. I want to say great job to everyone at CIT especially Dan Ogden who works his Behind off to makes this happen; mainly with the Fast Pitch program. It was great when I came here 3 years ago and now its even better. The numbers for Fast Pitch Softball as far as signups go; are now rivaling the slow pitch. Its about time:-)!!!
