On a side note, the kid will be headed to Huntsville, Alabama and then to Arkansas in a couple of weeks. She's working hard. She's had outstanding preparation due to Brett and the Extreme Elite.

Entry ID: 1949673 | Noticed its been a while since the last post. Haven't forgot about anyone for sure. Hello to all, Mel is great and working on becoming an all american. That's her goal. Let me leave you all with this. I was once told by a very important person the following.
To be a good leader three things really matter. First, you must be visible the elephant in the room so to speak. Second, your voice must be the one voice everyone hears and responds to. and last but not least, you must have the respect of your peers or players. If any one of the three are lacking, it's hard to lead without resistence or respect. Therefore, teamwork will not exist. Thank you and good luck to all. See you soon.
