First I would like to thank the juniors and seniors for stepping up and showing their leadership skills on Saturday!
Coach Ryan and I were extremely impressed with the talent we saw. You need to "Work Hard" on fundamentals now on the practice field and on your own. You have shown us that you have the athleticism to compete, but we need to improve with our basic lacrosse knowledge and stick skills. From this point on we will work together and set our goals high!!!!

Saturday is going to be a great day for all....I am extremely excited to start working with all of you and so are the other coaches.I am counting on all of you to join me in this commitment for the success of the Cougar Lacrosse program! I feel confident that this will be the most successful year on the field and we will be the strongest team in the league. It all starts with you! If you set your goals high and "WORK HARD" you will be successful
and nothing can get in your way.
