Any truth to the rumor that the Blue Coats will be playing Semi-Pro baseball next year? Just curious if this was definite or just a possibility.

Coach Wayne Leonard - Is this the same guy that was an all state shortstop for St. Elizabeth's in 1984? If so, I remember seeing him play in high school. Quick, soft hands and dependable in the field. If I recall correctly the next four years were the time period when Delino DeShields was the King of Delaware baseball. Good luck in your Fourth of July tournament.

I wanted to take just a minute to say what a great job the 1st year 16u team did over the weekend! I also wanted to thank Coach Fields for including all players all weekend with playing time! We are very pleased with this organization and feel it was a great decision. Again, Thanks and we can't wait until the Junebug Jamboree at Sports at the Beach!

Mr. Stevens, Thank you for your comments concerning our website. Three of our players have moved onto the following colleges: Elizabethtown College, Wilmington University and Citidel. 5 players have been identified in July 2007 for North Carolina Central University. 3 of those players are still at the High School level.

Good luck with your 2007 season. The Perry Summer Classic would be honored to have your team compete in our tournament the weekend of June 22, 23, and 24, 2006. This tournament is highly competetive and well scouted. 40 teams from several different states as well as Ottawa, Ontario will be entered in this event.

Good Luck Blue Coats as you enter the winter workout sessions and into 2007 tournaments. Looks to me like you have a real nice roster with alot of familiar faces. Speed kills - and from what I see there will be no shortage there. See you at the fields.
