well, the predictions were right at the junior level, The Bucs and the cowboys white. Both teams played hard and the Bcozumel 79thucs took it home, the score board did not reflect the game at all in my opinion. It was a true battle to the end!! Both teams showed Heart!!!

The league is great but the Flag rules need to cleaned up and there needs to be one set of rules. Every week it seems different. Coaches across the board are confused as well on what rules have been set.

Looks as though the LC Jr Blue and Jr Bucs are off to strong starts. Too bad they don't play each other in regular season especially since they both play some teams twice.

All of the kids seem to have their own talents to contribute in this sports league just as they will have their own talents to contribute in life. It's a good lesson for them to start learning now. They seem to have a great start on the season and appear to be having a terrific time!

I think the season has gotten off to a great start for the GCPFL. The Jamboree was a success for the league with around 4000 in attendance. It gave all the teams an oppurtunity to scrimmage, and see how they are progressing. It was a good beginning to a great season.

There is much talent in the GCPFL..not just certain teams. Check the scores and you will see that. Many other leagues have 7 or 8 teams divided into 2 divisions(STYFA included) Some chapters have multiple teams per age group. The Texans chose to stay with STYFA the Cowboys did not. GCPFL was formed to alleviate all the baggage that was exerienced with other leagues.

WOW, all the chapters showed great talent yesterday. Looks like there is alot more talent in this league than previous guestbook entrants were predicting. I am so glad that our league is doing so well that all the other leagues feel it necessary to make predictions in regards to GCPFL. Apparently they have not seen the jaguars, panthers, riptides or colts play either. In addition, i was so pleased as a parent to see so many people participate in the GCPFL jamboree. I believe i heard there were close to 4000 kids and families in attendance. What a great way to kick off our league!!!!!

I THINK IT IS FUNNY HOW OTHER LEAGUES ARE TRYING SO HARD TO MAKE THE GCPFL LEAGUE LOOK SO BAD. I THINK GCPFL WAS FORMED FOR THIS REASON. THERE ARE TOO MANY PARENTS LOOKING TO TAKE THE FUN OUT OF YOUTH SPORTS. THE POLITICS AND FREE TIME TO BASH IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE ELIMINATED. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE COMMENTS UNLESS YOU INTEND TO COMMENT ON THE GREAT THINGS THIS LEAGUE HAS DONE FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND THE KIDS, OR HOW GREAT THE KIDS IN THIS LEAGUE ARE DOING. AFTER ALL, THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED SITE. ONLY GREAT THINGS NEED TO BE SAID ABOUT THE KIDS. LEAVE YOUR EGOS AT HOME.

My prediction is that either League City Cowboys or Pearland Bucs will win Super Bowl in all divisions. The other teams in the league are "average" at best. Let's see how much the "kids are priority one" holds up when it comes to the distribution of talent in this league.

will there be other teams getting into the new league? I do not see how you have a league with two division with only seven teams. Also, I notice some teams (maybe all?) have elected to conduct their draft prior to camp? Whats the sense in that? thanks

is it true that most of the TIFI LC Cougars are remaining in place and that the new Panthers only have one coach and a few players coming to the new league? I hear similar things for Pearland too. Lastly why are the Texans staying in STYFA and Cowboys moving to the new league?

Any reason why 2 of your teams are still advertising that they are in the TIFI league? Why does LC have 2 different teams?
