Our respective associations have a need for both slowpitch and fastpitch umpires to officiate our league and tournament games in Helena, Boulder, and Townsend. Ask yourself these questions today, “Have I enjoyed the game of softball?”, “Am I willing to give something back to the game of softball?” If your answers are yes, then you are likely the person we are looking for today.
Education and training on the rules and mechanics of umpiring USA/ASA Softball are taught annually, each Spring, by the Helena Umpires Association. Call Larry Sickerson at 431-5679 for further information about becoming a USA/ASA Softball Umpire. Classes start soon!
