Sports Institute and Technology (SIT) is a year round football technique training school. If your child wants to learn more about the game of football and master their position, please come check us out. Indoor, out door football field and classroom for film study. We are currently running an college style offseason program (bigger, stronger and faster). You can stay in shape for basketball, baseball or track with us. Next season starts today!

I apologize we were not able to attend football registration due to hazardous weather. But we are looking forward to working with all of you again. As you know we have one of the most intense summer training camp around.. We are available for all TIFI athletes…
We will focus on the following areas:
Fast twitch muscle activation
Upper and lower body power
Core and flexibility
Lateral agility
Speed with chance of direction
Speed endurance
Increase reaction time
Multi-directional speed
Our summer training schedule is as follows.
Location: Baker Intermediate school located at the corner of Underwood and Spencer.
Hit Camp {speed development camp} date and times are as follows: (SESSION 1) JUNE 8TH - JULY 3RD MON, WED, FRI, FROM 6:30-8:00 ($240.00)
Registration for session 1 is now open and ends on June 4th space is very limited. You can register in person or over the phone:
(SESSION 2) JULY 6TH – JULY 24TH MON, WED, FRI, FROM 6:30-8:00 ($180.00) Registration for session 2 ends July 1st. Again space is limited so please register soon.
HIT CAMP SECOND ANNUAL END OF SUMMER CONDITIONING CAMP
DATES AND TIMES.JULY 27TH – AUG 6TH MON-THURSDAY
6:30-8:00(COST IS 120.00)
Our staff consist of certified( S.A.Q trainers) Speed Agility & Quickness trainers / (P.E.S) Performance Enhancement Specialist and college athletes.
