Entry ID: 1725233 | I would like to say THANK YOU to Michele Miller for all the work she has put in on rescheduling games. Many of you may not know that Michele has taken on several roles in the past couple of months. Yet, she is finding time to do her best on rescheduling ALL the rainouts. We need to understand that there will be times when mistakes are made. However, she is only human and has a life outside of MSA that is also wanting her time and energy. Everyone needs to step back and take a breath and realize that Michele is doing the best she can and not ridicule her when mistakes are made. I personally couldn't of been able to do it myself. I have too much on my plate to take on that additional task. Yet, Michele stepped up and took the reigns and I applaud her for that. Now, if there is any issue on the job she is doing, others are more than willing to step up and VOLUNTEER some of their time and energy. We all need to remember, this is a VOLUNTEER job and we all have lives outside of MSA. Humans make mistakes and as minimal the ones that are made by her, she is doing a GREAT JOB!!!! Thank you, Michele for your time, effort, and willingness to do all you do for the kids of our association as a volunteer. I think you are doing a great job. I only wish that there were more volunteers like you and the rest of the staff who take their time out for the kids rather than those who criticize others. Keep up the good work! You are a great asset to the organization. I know you don't do what you do to be noticed but you deserve to be recognized for all your hard work this season. |

Entry ID: 1719642 | I would like to thank Michelle S. (Tournament Director) for another GREAT Spookout Tournament. I also want to thank the rest of the board and all the volunteers for their hard work to help pull this off and make the tournament a success. I know many long hours and hard work went into the planning and set-up of this tournament and without volunteered time, this would of never been able to be as good as it was. It takes a good person to be willing to give up their time to do something like this for the kids and all the guests. As always, nothing is put on without a few glitches but they were minor and seemed to not affect the overall success of the Tournament. Luckily the weather finally cooperated after Thursday as well.
Again, thanks for another successful tournament. I am looking forward to the Cupid Cup Tournament in February!
GREAT JOB!!!
