Happy Holidays to u and your family, along with your SoCal softball family. I'm just getting a chance to read your comments in the guestbook.
You are right about my tight pants, I can't continue showing off my hardware :) I've ordered some loose fit pants for 08. Stay safe my brother and I shall see you next season.

Entry ID: 1273785 | Welcome back guys. Tell Czopek that visors are only worn by girls. Make him wear a hat. Same for Kilsmoke. Also, tell Biscuit no behind the back pitches when he plays the Alliance. And those funny color yellow glasses are only for shooting at the range. Scott A. should not be allowed to wear a Rolex because all that bling bling causes a distraction and makes him the white version of Juaquin Andujuar. RJ needs to loosen his pants...if they were any tighter he will lose the circulation in his feet. Perk, thanks for allowing the West to win the AS Game. Other than that you guys are STILL my favorite East team. Police softball would not be the same without the MICHIGAN LAWMEN in the mix! Seriously, welcome back!!!! |

Entry ID: 1243598 | Mac, Marty and Stan,
I would like to take a minute and thank Marty for calling me back in August to play in the Sterling Heights Tournament....I was out the whole year as you guys know because of the new additions in my family....It was the opportunity for me to return to police softball and give my all....The guys who have played with me in the past know that I've had my ups and downs and my attitude has been a hinderance in the past....I just want to let you all know that is the past and there is more of what you saw from me in Palm Springs in the future....Mac, Marty and Stan, you guys did a great job with everything in California....That was the most fun I've had in a very long time playing police softball....Even Melissa noticed the huge difference in what took place out there....I want to be a part of this group of professionals because I really believe the sky is the limit for us....We just have to remember the TEAM concept....We won as a team and lost as a team, but we showed respect for our teammates and for our sponsor....I'm looking forward to the coming year and more fun times with all of you....Kav |

Entry ID: 1240866 | I concur with the previous posts. After a year of ups and downs and a whole lot of turmoil, the world series turned out to be everything I have been looking for in a team. Each and every person on the roster sold out and gave his heart and sole to each of his teammates. After the final out on Sunday no one had an once of energy or anything left to give, it was all left on the field. I am so proud to be a teammate of each and everyone of you. This year ended on the ultimate high, what a turn around from July. Thanx to everyone who stuck by their principles and showed what the Michigan Lawmen is truly about.
Mac and Stan I'm glad you are steering the ship in the right direction. You have my full trust.

The spark to play Police Softball was reiginited and I am looking forward to next year. And to Mac, Marty and Stan...thank you all for the hard work and effort you guys put into bringing the Lawmen back together. My trust is fully behind the three of you to make this the best possible team as far as talent, sportsmanship and chemistry. Thanks again and we will see you in November.

Entry ID: 1238668 | fellas, needless to say it was a very special weekend. i enjoyed and appreciate all the players support and the fun we had. those teams just happen to get caught in "the eye of the tiger ", right mikey?. this was just a preview of what can be if you get the 'right' people. by that i mean the best players we can get that are 'also' good people (teammates). things are progressing nicely and rapidly and we will have a meeting in november so we can avoid the rumor mill and text craze that goes on. you have to trust me and marty and stan that you all will be pleased with the final product. we should have a stress free winter once we get this thing locked down. ....macdaddy |
