Why is it every time somebody is doing well there is somebody out there trying to knock them down. If a 14 or 15 yr old wants to play pop warner one last year before going to the High school team what is so wrong with that. Look all around the country with POP WARNER A-SQUAD players its no differnt anywhere else. This year Maldens so called high school players were better than Dorchesters High School Players, thats the reason they won .

I thank the medical staff that helped out in our game yesterday. B team Adam had to have his spleen removed after a very hard hit. If we were in another city I fear he may have been even worse off...Also OUR Conduct was shamefull B-TEAM thanks to all the staff Coach Bill Willard squad B Medford....goodluck...

Joppie: You are absolutely correct. Malden stacked their team with HS players. They actually have a young 11th grader on the team; meanwhile, there are some cities that have 6th and 7th graders on the A team. There are 3 kids there that could play for Malden HS, but instead the PW coach convinced them that he could get them to Florida. Its a bit self-serving by the coach since this year will be the end of the players FB careers. Instead of encouraging them to play HS ball, they are jamming them into the PW program so they can go to Florida. Embarassing. The Malden PW and High School programs can't stand each other. It will be interesting if/when this team goes to Florida. The principal has already publicly said that the kids will not be allowed to miss high school time for a Pop Warner trip to Florida. I hope they enjoy their trip and I hope they enjoy 10th grade, because it sounds like they will be forced to repeat it if they skip school for Florida...

I can not believe that Malden's A-Team would have a bunch of High school teens "10th graders" playing on there team it is just not right. Now I see why they beat Dorchester, wow may be I will create an A-team next year but I will put up fliers in my local High School to see if any Teens would like to play.
