Entry ID: 1366525 | It's an Olympic Year and Track & Field will once again take Main Stage at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China. Before that, though, America's best athletes will compete head to head in the US Team Trials to see who gets to represent our country in the Olympic Games.
Now, I bet you can name a dozen or more Professional Football, Baseball, or Basketball Players...BUT...can you name any Professional Track & Field Athletes? How about 3 Men & 3 Women?
There are plenty of Sprinters, Jumpers, Throwers, and Distance Runners to choose from. Search USATF, or IAAF for a start. I'll take past athletes, but I'd be More Impressed if you could name some who are currently competing. Be sure to list their event(s). |
