Entry ID: 2018482 | There was only one other intermediate DS team in all of Ontario last year so that left very few options for playing games. Since all girls except 2 or 3 on the team last year were midget aged it made more sense to have a midget team. There were many DS midget teams in Ontario last year. |

Entry ID: 1751540 | As head coach, I just wanted to once again extend my congratulations on behalf of the West Kent Hawks, the team that the Duke of Windsor team beat in the finals of the 19U Blue Division in Midland this past weekend.
Start to finish, your teams in our division (Duke of Windsor / Purvis Marine) played a good, clean, hard brand of hockey, all while the players, parents, and coaches carried themselves with class, dignity, and fantastic sportsmanship.
Congratulations again, and I hope our paths can cross again soon.

Entry ID: 1734741 | Sault Ste Marie Atom C Wildcats visited Ottawa and rocked the city with their talent. This was by far the best tournament I have ever been to (except for the all night bus trip back home).....overtime in Semi's to advance to finals and overtime and a shoot out to win the Championship. Good job girls. The outing and special treatment at the Parliament Buildings was exceptional (thanks Mr. Barban) |
