Entry ID: 1726331 | I would like to thank all those involved in helping my children, Ranon and Tiyana, develop new skills through cheerleading and football. This was their first year and their first experience with cheerleading and football and they absolutely loved it! Now they are talking about next year already. Thank you for taking time out of your busy lives to teach not only good sportsmanship, but positive discipline, positive leadership, and how to have fun doing it. Thank you again and we will be seeing PAL for lacrosse this spring! |

Entry ID: 1700947 | This football league is probably one of the best out there for children. I used to play this league and had a remarkable, unforgettable experience. This season, I am a "junior referee" but PAL All-Stars JDF is STILL the best junior football league out there, and will remain that way until the end of time. |

This has been our first experience with PAL and we are grateful to all those who organized and participated in the lacrosse program. This is our first year with PAL and we are so pleased with the organization, communication and commitment to the kids success...we can not wait until our next experience with PAL for football. Entry ID: 1625653 | I can't say enough about the St. John's PAL. My sons first try at organized tackle football was with PAL. His first try at lacrosse was with PAL. He would not have had such a fulfilling and exciting time if it were not for the men and woman who made it possible. I have never seen a more dedicated group of people in my life. Thank you to all who made this time in my son's life a time we will never forget. |

The PAL program is such a great program, we played with the football program and now with the Lacrosse, my son is now looking forward to playing the sport in High School, we really appreciate all you have done. Entry ID: 1624705 | I cant say enough good things about the PAL Program. When my son was younger he played First Tee through Pal now he is playing Lacrosse and loves it. Thank you for taking the time to teach and instruct our children in a CARING and DRUG FREE ENVIRONMENT. The Coaches are awesome. My son is very interested in trying out next year for junior development lacrosse at PMHS. Thanks again for all your hard work. |

Entry ID: 1624268 | I wanted to thank all of the coaches who put in a lot of time to teach all of these kids a sport that 95% of them had never seen before. The progress they made is amazing and I know my son Matthew has enjoyed every minute of it. We look forward to it next season, and hopefully, even a summer camp would be great for them.

In 2009 we will offer Junior Development Lacrosse to 90 boys/girls in grades 5-8, Junior Development Football to 192 boys ages 7-14 and Junior Development Cheerleading to 60 girls ages 7-14. We have a Great group of kids participating with St. Johns PAL, a Great group of volunteer Law Enforcement - Parents - Community Members working with the kids and a Great group of Parents - Local Businesses supporting our programs.
