Prime numbers, finally a topic we can talk about, how about that number one, its got such a personality complex, he (assuming its a male) thinks its the first prime number, what a loser, anyone knows the definition of a prime number is a number that is divisible by one and itself, how two faced, you can't be divisible by one and then think that itself is different, can't wait to take his lunch money tommorow, two faced numero uno! Go number two!!!! (He, He, he said number 2!)

NICOLITSI bros. in da housssseee! What is it with Somerton and greek brother tag teams? Looks like they've uncovered another quality pair from the land of Souvlaki! And why are they always so fiery? GO THUNDER!! "Would you like garlic sauce with that one? Come on bro! What do i look like, a stooge?! "

What is with the Somerton team who played at Mars on saturday? Looked to me like a bunch of wring-ins! Typical somerton style, stack a team with star players, (cos they've been losing a few if you haven't noticed)to get a win on the board. Although a couple of them looked familiar, who controlled the boards!

Editor's Note: FYI, the entire Somerton team was in Gosford for the Jultopia Carnival so it was either going to be a forfeit, or call in a fill-in team. Fortunately they got the win by 3 points.

Wots going on with your former coach???? He went to the Port v Swans game (I assumed he was cheering 4 Port), then he backed it up going to the Swans v Bullies game? First he leaves the Thunder under a cloud of mystery. Has he now dumped th Power????

FYI - In SABCA Week 1 2009 just to clarify Beaumont beat Dunn and Saints beat Modbury.

Editor's Note: Hammer, thanks for the heads up. We get our info from what's sent to us so sadly, our bothan spies got this one wrong. Thanks for the message and good luck with the Boomers' coaching gig. PS. Maybe one day you can explain the whole Scott Ninnis/South Dragons thing to us. Heck, we'll give you your own post for the day if you like!

Look punk about your water "tirade". How about you go and get your own. You decided to live in the driest state on the driest continent and are content to wear it as a badge of honour. Quit your jibber jabber and toughen up princess. Maybe if you didn't spend more than century trying to recreate every town and property into a green replica of England and started eating kangaroo and planting natives instead of farming in the desert, you wouldn't be in this mess. It's our water and we need it for Wet n Wild. If you want it - come and get it.

IS THERE ANY TRUTH TO THE RUMOUR, THAT THE ONE AND ONLY SCOTT NINNIS WILL BE MAKING AN APPEARANCE IN THE BLACK AND GOLD THIS SEASON FOR SASABA LEGENDS NIGHT AT THE DOME? AS NORWOOD DON'T HAVE A TEAM IN THE BIG DANCE, HE HAS REQUESTED TO HAVE A RUN WITH THE THUNDER? TIM RICH HAS APPARENTLY ALSO BEEN APPROACHED AND HAS AGREED, SO LONG AS HIS TEAM WILL BE WEARING THE 'OL HUNGRY JACKS ACH UNIFORMS? WEREN'T THEY RED AND GOLD STRIPES ? NICE. spook.

I wonder if Barack Obama is leading candidate to be the Antichrist. In fact "Obama Antichrist" has become one of the most popular Google web searches (behind spider monkeys in Guam) since the election. Be careful what/who you vote for people, because it is a dangerous place where the blind lead the blind. Remember Hitler got swept to power on a wave of populist reform. Now I am off shopping for clothes.

This whole marriage poll is getting out of hand. 150 votes in a day by Terry's girlfriend, followed by Bradley's girlfriend clicking away another 150 to regain the lead the following day. Perhaps a double wedding is in order. Would certainly save costs. Now there's an idea for your next poll! PS. Don't count out Josh as a sleeper. I hear he's got at least 500 votes in him but his girlfriend is lying low at the minute, just waiting for the right moment.

Yo, whassup wit da survey, homies? Caint a brutha vote for my main man Brad Smith to pop tha next little bro out?

Editor's Note: Jamaal, we haven't included the likes of Josh Gondolf, Cal McKinnon, Terry Sleep, Brad Smith and co as they're not married. As a Christian team, we don't expect pregnancy will be visiting any of these guys anytime soon, not until they're married anyway and in keeping with our recruiting policies, we need to keep the younglings coming. Maybe we could do a poll on the next one to tie the knot. Now there's an idea.

Why no mention at all of Qld's dominance at ABL level this year in the National Championships? http://www.qabl.basketball.net.au/ When do we expect to see SA win any national silverware? ;-)

Editor's Note: Unless I'm mistaken Wally & Mal, South Australia cleaned up the silverware at the recent Runaway Bay Jultopia Carnival Classic Bullnose Verandah Shark Deathmatch Tournament. As for Queensland's ABL dominance, well, sure they won. I guess it comes down to whether you think the American guy pictured above is from Queensland or not. Ryan McDade had 24 points on 10/16 shooting, and 19 rebounds to win MVP of the Grand Final.

So...the more references to spider monkeys from guam on the site the more chane there will be a google add for spider monkeys? How will i get more references to spider monkeys on the site...it seems like an impossible task...i mean how often can you say spider monkey from guam without sounding a bit weird.

Greetings! Just came across your web site for the Salvation Army Basketball Association Interstate carnivals. I have some extra details that you might like to update your web site with - Melbourne 1982 A grade Men's team from the carnival program was - M. Asher, G. Bettison, G. Carger, P. Carger, N. Crowden, M. Erdmann, G. Gourd, D. Inglis and J. Rattus (Coach - L. Alchin, Team Manager - G. Hood) - (I can't tell you what the result was, as I was in the Junior Men's team ... from memory, I think we won!). I should have a program from Perth 1982 somewhere around the place so will have to keep looking for this .... If I find this, I'll send through details for this year too. Adelaide 1984 - You have the players listed for that team. SA won the Grand Final 77 - Victoria 70. I have a black and white newspaper style photo, so might try and scan this and send it through too. (At one stage, there was supposed to be a video around of the game ... I wonder where that when too? ... never got to see it, but would love to if I could ... but probably lost in obscurity now!) Anyway, thanks for the memories. Regards, Roger Barton, Member of the winning 1984 SA A grade team.

Editor's Note: Roger, thanks for the heads up on the 1982 and 1984 information. If you have any more details, please send them on. Proud of the past, confident of the future.
