I'm quiet because my heart is broken. My team has lost it's first game of the season. Although I did see some promise and some hope of a great season ahead of us, and I am a little surprised of the managing skills of big D, not a bad job, but, Corn Cob is standing by.See you at the next game. I'll try and get there before the 2nd inning this time. Your #1 fan the Heckster!!!!

I dont think that Ernie or Charlie are team members of the Cardinals. I don't know any "Redbirds" who are smart enough to use words like "Veteran Savvy" and "Glaring Weakness." I have to disagree with Ernie though. I think the name CAPTAIN is much more suited for Big D than SKIPPER. Any of the Cardinals who read this will understand the Captain pun. Big D has it pumping through his veins.

Sarah is busted. Unless it is Andy himself, he came up with some good detective work. Sarah Baier is Ernie Heckman, the # 1 fan that likes to rip on Big D and the rest of the Cardinals.

I'd like to meet you Mr. Heckman. It sounds like you have some great insight on this amazing squad. Who is Jeff "Juicer" Andrea that you speak of? Is he the one that my good friend Bob used to say had aids? What a crazy character he was. He liked the Jack Daniels Whiskey a little too much though. Anyhow, good day to you all. I look forward to the opener coming soon. Hope to see you there Ernie.

I was just reading the comments from Charlie from Rice Lake. I think Big D could learn alot from Corn Cob Bob. He would make an awesome skipper. Big D could make it up to the bigs instead of the t-ball mentality that plagues his coaching ability. Corn Cob could share his coaching strategies with Big D and make him the better coach we all know he wants to be. Don't rule this out D. One more thing, whats up with the picture of Shane on the front page? Didn't he go out for a bag of donuts a year or so ago and never came back? Time to update the picture board guys. I'm looking forward to a great season this year, but it would really help if your team would lay off the sauce Big D. A good skipper wouldn't let his team get wasted the night before games.Maybe have a sleep over the night before at your house and Corn Cob could help you police the team. Just a thought, always trying to help. your #1 fan, the Heckster!!

I see a lot of potential on this Cardinal squad and expect to see them compete for a playoff spot. Look for good things to happen with the mixture of youth and veteran savvy. One glaring weakness however, is the coaching staff. Mr. Baier needs to reel this squad in some and stop pretending he's a big league skipper. The old guy that used to attend all the Cardinals games in the past...I think his name was Bob, smoked a pipe, anyway, he would do better with the talent they have then Baier. Good luck though Cardinals, anything but the playoffs is a wasted season of talented ball players.

Sounds like the Cards will be the team to beat if the rest of the league quits. Big D would have better luck coaching t-ball than trying to coach these drunks. The only luck you will have in a winning season will be to bring back Jeff "juicer" Andrea. That boy's got game. Good luck to the Cards this season, they'll need it!! your #1 fan, the heckster!!
