There is no information on cheerleading sign ups or football camp that was announced at the banquet. Why have a website?? I see the information in regards to football sign ups on August 1...what about the cheerleaders?

To re-cycle cans, you have to first wash them and then crush them. If anyone would like to step up and volunteer to handle the recycling efforts then just let us know. Bi-lo booster is good idea but the local schools also are in involved with his program and we are not sure if we want to take away from the schools efforts.

I know that every penny we raise is greatly needed so why aren't we doing more? I don't mean add another fundraiser but why not make money from all those cans being sold from the concession stand, they should be recycled. The Belmont organization has a Bi-Lo Booster Program on their site, do we have that in Stanley?

We want to thank all of you for your phone calls, thoughts and most of all your prayers for Tanner today. Everything checked out okay. They believe he received a mild concussion in todays game. We have received fifty or more phone calls today from people concerned about Tanner. We are so blessed to be part of Belmont Optimist. Also, we received numerous calls from parents of Stanley, Mt. Holly and Union Road Optimist. This truely shows that it is really all about the kids. Again, thank you all for your kindness and support.

I would like to say "Thanks" to all of our cheer coaches who took the time to attend our training in Raleigh July 14th and 15th. I think it was GREAT to not only see our head coaches there but also all of the assistant coaches who chose to attend even though they were not required. As always.....STANLEY REPRESENTED!!! Cheers....*\o/*

I want to say thank you to all the people at Stanley!! This will be the first in 7 years that we will not be apart of the Stanley family and it does make me sad. Hallie has decided to get more into her gymnastics this year. We are very proud of her and will cheer her on. We will miss you all. If you need any help we are just a phone call away!! Good Luck this year to all the BLUE DEVILS!!!!Love You!!
