Having witnessed the 2 games against UMD this past Saturday, I'm quite sure that you will put a competitive team on the field each game. The young lefty (Joby Davidsavor)from Amery/Mesabi Range was a little rusty on the hill but, I'm betting that he will do just fine for you as the season progresses. I was impressed with a few of your batters (#22,#7,& #44) and with Baker behind the dish. I thought he did a great job keeping the ball out in front on the dirty pitches. I'm looking forward to getting to know the Laker players and fans this season.
An added bonus for me would be to make the state playoffs and meet up with the Braves of Osceola.
Now that would be alot of Fun! Good Luck! |
