We have to learn as a team that we are not all around strong like we were last year. We have to come together and play BASEBALL, the fundamentals and all. This is the only way we can be successful, we have to take extra time to practice and there will definitely be no one taking us lightly after losing to Frankton as the No. 2 in class 2A baseball. We need to be TITAN STRONG. Let’s go beat Kokomo tonight ! |

I will never forget the 8 Seniors who played for us in 2011: Shane Arnold, Matt Brankle, Brandon Cooprider, Ryan Goudy, Taran Knosp, Spencer McQueary, Tyler Simmons, and Calib Wininger. The eight of you will always hold a special place in my memory banks. You were a great group of Senior Leaders to have as a first year coach. I am very proud of the fact that five of you went on to play College Baseball. We will be rooting for you all to have succesful College Careers. We start 2012 off with some unfinished business. We have a lot to be proud of from last year by finishing in the Final 4, being ranked #2 in the Final Poll, and finishing with the school's 3rd best record in over 40 years of tremendous baseball history. However, last year is in the history books and we have the opportunity to complete some unfinished business. There is no doubt in my mind that we are a Top 5 Team this year in Class 2A and I feel we are one of the teams that has what it takes to get to Victory Field and win our school's 2nd State Championship. Actions speak louder than words and we have a lot of hard work we need to accomplish over the next 2 1/2 months. We learned some valuable lessons last year. If we stay focused and don't look past each step, then we can accomplish MUCH in 2012!!! We look forward to seeing you ALL at the ball park.
